The video shown here is from an actual Black Bear Hunt. It features a spot and stalk hunt that almost succeeded if not for an unfortunate misfire - so the bear lived to see another day. This video is dedicated to John David Pierce - Known as the “Texas Tracker” who passed away in December of 2007. He was known to many and will be missed for his insights, his experience and his wonderful stories and hunting adventures.
BC Guide Outfitters operates hunts through out the central Interior, foothills of the Rocky's and North Eastern B.C. We offer truly authentic Canadian Moose, Elk and Bear hunting adventures from our fully-equipped base camp or from one of our cabin or wall tent spike camps. Guests can enjoy the comforts of a fully equipped base camp. Hearty home-cooked meals and hot showers are just a few of the modern conveniences in base camp hunts. On some outpost hunts, hunters will stay in remote cabins on lakes or river hunts. Some hunts will be outfitted from a wall tent camp with wood heaters. Alpine hunts are conducted from Alpine cabins and tents. |
